These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AdvocatePro Inc. ("AdvocatePro," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the AdvocatePro platform, including its web application, mobile applications for Android and iOS, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

AdvocatePro is a comprehensive legal practice management platform designed to help legal professionals digitize and streamline their operations. The Platform offers the following core capabilities:

• Client onboarding, management, and communication
• Case lifecycle management and matter tracking
• Consultation scheduling and appointment booking
• Court hearing schedules and calendar management
• Legal documentation creation, storage, and sharing
• Team coordination and advocate collaboration tools
• Billing, invoice generation, and payment collection
• Branded mobile applications for Android and iOS

AdvocatePro is intended solely for use by legal professionals and their authorized staff. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal judgment.

To use the AdvocatePro Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed advocate, lawyer, legal consultant, or authorized representative of a legal practice
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be barred from using the services under applicable laws of India or any other jurisdiction

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons
• Notify us immediately at info@amrithaa.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

AdvocatePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being misused.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AdvocatePro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal legal practice management purposes.

Permitted uses include:

• Managing your clients, cases, and legal documentation
• Scheduling consultations and court appearances
• Generating and sending invoices to clients
• Collaborating with team members within your authorized organization
• Downloading data and reports for your own practice records

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform without our prior written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform to store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

Access to AdvocatePro is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page or as communicated to you during onboarding.

• Payment: Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your subscription agreement.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We may modify subscription fees upon 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are your responsibility.
• Disputes: Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date by contacting info@amrithaa.com.

We understand the sensitive nature of legal data. AdvocatePro treats all data you upload, generate, or store on the Platform ("Your Data") as confidential. We will not sell, share, or disclose Your Data to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

• You retain full ownership of Your Data at all times
• You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Data solely to provide the Platform services
• You are responsible for ensuring Your Data complies with applicable laws, including client confidentiality obligations
• We implement enterprise-grade encryption and access controls to protect Your Data

The AdvocatePro Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by AdvocatePro Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission
• The "AdvocatePro" name and logo are registered trademarks of AdvocatePro Inc.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AdvocatePro does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Any defects or errors will be corrected immediately
• The Platform meets every specific requirement of your legal practice
• Results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdvocatePro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Conduct of third parties on the Platform

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AdvocatePro in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate access to the Platform at any time:

• By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. You may request a copy of Your Data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Sending an email to your registered email address
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
